This set of records limited to 70 units brings together Serpent Dance 3x12" on Glasnost Records with the Seething LP released on Cenaz, but without the original record sleeves. The box is a cardboard record package with an acid etched copper plate on the front depicting a drummer with the words "Mother Destruction" around the drum, and the words "Kenaz" and "Pagan Dance" under the drummer. On the back of the carboard box there is a metallic copper sticker with name of artist, the title of the box set, the serpents image from the Seething LP, a list of basic contents, and the number of the box. The basic contents listed on the metallic copper sticker includes the records, two patches, and an information booklet. Some boxes contain additional contents including promotional posters, flyers, and postcards. Additionally, the box is signed on the back in gold ink by P. O'Kill and Amodali. The box is sealed on the back by red wax placed around a metal rune that cannot be seen unless some of the wax is removed. The records are housed in generic red outer sleeves and plain inner sleeves. One outer sleeve has the same sticker as seen on the back of the box except it may be different in color. Some versions may contain Patrick's signature on the outer sleeves and on the information booklet. There are also several pages of art on vellum tracing paper throughout the booklet. Finally, the set also includes a 10" sized insert with full color reproduction of the art from the Seething LP on one side, with information and lyrics on the other side. The track-positions on the label stickers on the sides TAPTI 2 C/D and TAPTI 3 E/F are wrong. Track D appears on side C and track F appears on side E and the other way around.
