Motivators are a Paris- and London-based collective of musicians brought together by producer Steve Laviers. The main players are made up of "Papa" Noel Ekwabi on bass and backing vocals and Conti Bilong on drums (formerly Manu Dibango’s rhythm section), Afrika Mkhise on keyboards, plus Max Grunhard & Scott Baylis from The Quantic Soul Orchestra and Impossible Ark Records, and vocalist Hannah Khemoh from Reel People. The group's musical style is a raw, contemporary sound incorporating diverse musical styles including jazz, afrobeat, funk and disco. Motivators are recorded and produced by Robin Lee from Faze Action
