From promo literature: MOUNTAIN MAN was born on Valentines Day February 14, 1943. Growing up at the bases of a small mountain in a house trailer, huge tent, hand pump and an out-house in poverty, MOUNTAIN MAN'S first early skills were gardening and finding edible fruit and berries from the forest. He is the second oldest child in a family of nine children. MOUNTAIN MAN started singing country music at the age of three. At the age of four he had made his first live wire recording on a C/W love song called "Let Me Woo Woo You." Prior to being a disc jockey at AFTN (American Forces Network) in West Germany, MOUNTAIN MAN was a disc jockey in Budigen, West Germay military service club under the name of "RAY THE SWINGING D.J." He was also a master of ceremony for many local bands touring the military bases during his six years military career. MOUNTAIN MAN plays country and western rhythm guitar and the mandolin. He as become well known and sings from the hear with his deep baritone voice. MOUNTAIN MAN is a C.M.A. member. Wherever MOUNTAIN MAIN appears in concert, he draws exciting and thrilling crowds that give him standing ovations.
