The cover of the first pressing of 1000 copies featured a booklet printed in gold + full color. This is the subsequent second edition of 1000 copies that featured a booklet printed in silver + full color. Continuous track-numbering in roman letters on release. This 2CD collection joins most of Mournful Congregation's output since 1993: Tracks 1-I to 1-IV recorded and mixed September 1994. First released as a demo cassette called Weeping. Tracks 1-V to 1-VII recorded and mixed October 1995. First released as a demo cassette called An Epic Dream Of Desire. Tracks 2-VIII to 2-XIII recorded between 1997 and 1998, mixed July 2001. First released as a LP called Tears From A Grieving Heart. Track 2-XIV recorded, mixed and mastered during 2000. First released on a split 7" with Worship called The Epitome Of Gods And Men Alike / Let There Be Doom. All material on disc 1 mastered during 2001. All material on disc 2 remixed and mastered during 2001.
