Louis C. Williams, better known as Mr. Hympdok, is an American rapper based out of Bossier City, Louisiana. He is also the president/co-CEO of Marvelous Starz Entertainment, and make up 1/3rd of the hip-hop collective known as Star Pac. Mr. HympDok's style of hip-hop embraces the cultural aspects of conscious music, with the intent to uplift his fans, which is why he combines his music with a rhythmic approach, along with a Neo Soul Twist.
