Hip-Hop/Rap
A.k.a. Joe Wagoner
Dallas-based emcee, originally began working behind the scenes as a songwritter and an affiliate of the local rap group Nemesis (3) for the acclaimed Munchies For Your Bass in 1991. Soon after, Joe Macc became an official member of the group, filling the void of the lead emcee M.C. Azim (Azim Rashid) who parted ways for a solo album. Joe Macc appeared alongside Ron C and Big Al (9) on the group's Temple Of Boom, and Tha People Want Bass in 1995. At around this time Nemesis was dropped from Profile Records and the remaining members went their own ways. Although Big Al released the final Nemesis in 2000, neither Joe Macc nor Ron C were involved. Several years later Joe Macc (and possibly Ron C) were planning to release a Nemesis comeback album, however no such album yielded. In 2006 Ron C released a Nemesis compilation without the help of the group's former bandmates.
