Muck was formed in 1994, winning fans Peninsular-wide with their music which was inspired by bands like Dinosaur Jr., Sonic Youth, Pixies and Sebadoh. These Ipoh favourites have played in notable shows like Baybeats in Singapore (2002), Rock The World (2006), Sunburst Festival (2009), Rockaway (2012) and Urbanscapes (2012). In 2008, Muck embarked on recording their debut album but had to stop due to complications. After a 4-year hiatus, Muck is back with a promise to finish what they started – the album.
