Multi-Story are from south-east Wales, formed in the 1980's. After a BBC session in 1984, they signed with the FM label of Heavy Metal Records. Liam Sternberg produced their debut LP recorded in early 1985 and they supported on Magnum (3) on their "On A Storyteller's Night" tour. Towards the end of 1986 the band, with producer Kit Woolven recorded their second album for FM records. This album was recorded with Gary Davies on drums and Grantley Nicholas (later of Feeder) on vocals and was released in 1987. The band subsequently left the FM label. In the 2010s, Rob Wilsher and Paul Ford started working on new material as a duo. Wilsher met brothers Jordan and Aedan Neale on another project and recruited them to a new Multi-Story line-up. The 'Crimson Stone' album was released in 2015.
