b. Feb 14, 1922, d. Feb 21, 1982 Professionally known as Murray the K, Murray Kaufman was an influential DJ whose peak popularity was during the 1960s with the radio station WINS-AM in New York City. An early champion of The Beatles, George Harrison named him "The Fifth Beatle".
