Mushroom

Rock

Akron/Kent, Ohio 1970-1 Eyewitness reports recall Mushroom as a creative melodic rock band that was popular in the Kent clubs. The band recorded a super-obscure 45 for a label called Carillon records in Akron. The two songs, "I Could Send You Flowers" and "Come On In", are originals in a primitive Moody Blues/Paul McCartney style.
