Text on back cover: "we were told not to make an l.p., but a maxi single. than we were told it's impossible to put six tracks on a 12 inch 45. so, rather than bar to market forces, we'd make a 33 rpm e.p. categorize that you bastards." Initial copies came with photocopied fold out poster.
