Comes in a generic black card sleeve which has a label that states that "due to a fuck up at the pressing plant" the record has its "labels on the wrong side". The runout codes also do not correspond to the correct sides: Side B has "A-1" after the catalogue number in the run out, whilst side A has "I-1".
