Band,
Viking Metal project of several members of Black Trinity, active from 1999 to early 2002. Unreleased: "Through the Myst of Time" - Full-length concept album, February 2002. Never completed, but guitars, drums, and bass were recorded for the entire album. Was to include the songs "Through the Myst of Time", "The Shadow Beyond", "The Last Feast of Marketh", "At The Gates", "Soul in Torment", "A Village Called Hellfire", "Lost Upon The Northward Road" and many others, all songs telling a detailed J.R.R. Tolkien-esque story written by the band. Formed by Joe Waltz and Bill Austin in August 2000. Recruited Chris Dargay after a brief period of working as a 2-peice. As a 3-peice they began rehearsing extensively, before finding female multi-instrumentalist and singer T. P. and soon after found violist Katie Mathias. With the full lineup now solidified (with Bill on lead harsh vocals, Chris on clean vocals, T. P. on female clean vocals and Joe on backing high screams), they rehearsed until December, when they went into Dream State studios to record their 3 song demo CD. However, before it could be released, the band split ways with T. P. and Katie in February 2001. In April Bill recruited Dan Carr on lead guitars, and in May the band acquired keyboardist Greg Rubio. Then, in July the 3 song demo was remixed and finally released with extremely high production values on the covers/trays/and printed discs, and it was limited to 300 hand-numbered copies. In September Dan Carr was replaced by Joe's Black Trinity bandmate ShadowThorne, and the band made plans to record their debut full-length "Through the Mist of Time" in January 2002. However, this was never completed and they split in early 2002 with only rhythm guitar, bass and drums completed.
