Inlay says "13. Things Are Getting Better (Instrumental)", but it's actually only the clean version of the song, no instrumental. And there is also a silent part of 1:30 min at the end of the song. There is no year but it has to be 2002 since the tracks are from the re-release / live instruments version of "In Search Of...". Unfortunately this CD is made from lossy audio files.
