Israeli violinist born in Jerusalem, June 28th 1959, living in Karlsruhe, Germany. He was lecturer at Sibelius-Akatemia (Sibelius-Academy) in Helsinki, Finnland, from 1981 to 1991. Since then professorship at Hochschule für Musik (University of Music) Karlsruhe where he became leader of the Chamber Orchestra in 2001. In 2002 he received the title „Artist in residence“ of Heidelberg University. He performs on the "ex-Szigeti" Strad of 1724, owned by L-Bank Baden Württemberg.
