Tracks 1 to 4 are a re-recording of the band's last demo which had originally been recorded in 1992 (those tapes had been misplaced). Track 5 is an outtake from the "Jettison" sessions Track 6 recorded live May 25th, 1986 in Chicago. Tracks 7 to 10 recorded live on June 4, 1989 in Beilefeld, Germany. Track 11 is from a rehearsal recorded July 1983. Tracks 12 to 15 are from rehearsals recorded in early 1982. Track 16 is unlisted and is a mock-commericial for Naked Raygun.
