Natália Zhylkina was born in Ukraine where she starts studding music by the age of five. Completing her graduation between 1986 and 1989 at the Music College of Glier with Hanna Melnik, Natalia has also graduated in Violin, Chamber Music, Quartet and Orchestra with maximum scores in 1994. In the same year, she was invited to teach Chamber Music in the Conservatory of Kiev, being a member and soloist of the National Orchestra of the “Kiev Soloists”. After finishing high graduation, Natalia starts playing at the National Orchestra of Radio and Television of Ukraine where she performed several concerts in France, German, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, North Chorea and Portugal. Natalia has also played Chamber and Symphonic concerts in the most prestige European Concert Halls like Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Great Hall of Moscow Conservatory or the Conservatory of Paris. Natalia is actually teaching violin and Chamber Music at the Conservatory of Ponta Delgada, Azores, since November 1997, where she developed an intense agenda which includes several performances throughout the entire archipelago from Baroque to Contemporary composers, including Portuguese.
