The release of two songs (CHICKEN, DIE TOTEN) from radioplay WENDY PFERD TOD MEXICO, which won the first prize at the Hörspielsfestival in Berlin 2018, marks the birth of a new small fine label MAMKA (from the slovene for granny), which has dedicated itself to the publication of high quality self-produced sound recordings in small hand-made series. WENDY PFERD TOD MEXICO #neon-western #audio-diverse #soundcomic is a production of the electro-acoustic duo Rdeča Raketa (Maja Osojnik, Matija Schellander) and the author Natascha Gangl, that celebrated its premiere in 2018 as part of the program Kunstradio-Radiokunst (Ö1). http://wendy.klingt.org
