Limited edition 36 copies Cdr comes inside a color cover in high quality paper (250 grams), closed about 13,0x13,0 cm., developed about 26,0x13 cm., with a small appendix folded inside about 13,0x7,0 cm. Inside cover has a partial reproduction of a brain. Cover is closed with a a ribbon in silver color, with metal skull pierced by a screw with a bolt. Inside cover there are a paper insert with the six diseases developed in the disk and a sticker.
