A.k.a. Neil Hubbard
Neil Hubbard is one of the founders of Seattle's Engram Records, along with Danny Eskenazi and Homer Spence. Engram was formed in 1980 to release the Blackouts Men In Motion EP, and subsequently released two Seattle Syndrome compilations, two EPs by Three Swimmers, a single by The 88's, and a number of cassette only releases. Engram operated in the pre-grunge period in Seattle. Neil Hubbard produced the Fartz 9 song EP "Because This Fuckin' World Stinks". He also briefly played bagpipes with Pigface, appearing on their "Welcome to Mexico...Asshole" album. Neil Hubbard, the English guitarist, known for his work with Bryan Ferry, Roxy Music, The Grease Band, et al, did not play with Pigface.
