A.k.a. Horx
His first job in the music industry was an intern at WBOS radio in New York in the late-80s. His work there led him to become the UK rep for Easy Street Records. He then worked for Secret PR, before joining City Beat as Club Promotions manager. He then suggested to Tim Palmer (owner of City Beat) the setting up of XL Recordings where he became label manager. He left XL in 1993 to join up with EMI, where he set up and managed the Positiva label. After leaving there he founded his own label, Incentive Music Limited. He currently manages Caspa (3).
