Nick Kohut's first engagement with music was with personal friend Andrew Clark in mid-2005. The two formed a duo called A.N.T. (Andrew Nick Techno) in which Andrew played piano and guitar and Nick played drums. The two recorded through 2006 and completed two albums, "The Bedroom Sessions" and "Eraser." Over the next few years, their creation of new music thinned out until Andrew Nick Techno was no more. Eventually, Nick joined Dan Espie and Matt Conway in forming the group Project 3.1 and writing many songs. After three years together and several additional members, Project 3.1 dispersed. Nick began recording music on his own, playing drums and then dubbing guitar or even vocals over. Most of his work was rock and soundtrack-related. In late 2009, he began creating electronic music under his long-lived nickname "JudoJoe" and is currently recording music both as "Nick Kohut" as well as "JudoJoe." In January of 2010, Nick reunited with old friend Andrew Clark to start a rock trio with Josh F. Saitta. They came up with a three-song set entitled "Who We Are" to be their first official release and eventually chose the name Blind Children.
