Romanian folk conductor and instumentist ✰ November 14, 1921, Dalci - Turnu Ruieni, Caraș-Severin ✞ August 15, 1979, Caransebeș, Caraș-Severin 1945 - Lae (Nicolae Perescu) founded his own folk orchestra consisting in 25 members. Later this orchestra became well known folk ensemble - Ansamblul „Doina Banatului” din Caransebeș 1945-1952, 1955 – December 1967 (when he retired) was leader, manager and condutor of Ansamblul „Doina Banatului” din Caransebeș
