Norma Jean Atwood was born in Woodman, Kentucky, but soon moved to Virginia where she sent her childhood years. Se was always very active in the work of the church and upon graduation from High School started into evangelistic work. Norma Jean evangelized full time for six years and then took time to study for and become a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Back into evangelistic work now, Norma is kept busy traveling the entire United States, preaching and singing the Gospel. – From the back cover of her album, "In The Shadow Of The Cross".
