Tracks 1, 6, 8 and 9: recorded in Hamburg in December 2011. Tracks 2, 10 and 11: recorded in Hamburg in February 2012. Tracks 3, 5 and 7: recorded in Hamburg in January 2011. Track 4: recorded in Wiesbaden [Wespbaden] in April 2009.
