Tracks 1 to 11 were taken from the unreleased album "One Way To Glory" recorded in summer 1989 at Delta Studio in Wilster, which was released in Japan as "Hard To Be Alive" in 1992. Tracks 12 & 14 were taken from the "Lost In A Dream" EP released in 1989. Track 20 is a live version.
