A.k.a. Michael Hyder, Troy Jansson, Nick Brown, Tim Lowrie, Angela Tobin (added in 2007)
Local punk/metal fusionists Troy Jansson and Tim Lowrie decided to form a Punk/Metal band in their hometown of Santa Maria, CA. Both Troy Jansson and Tim Lowrie would be guitarists and would hire Michael Hyder to play drums and Nick Brown to play bass. The band was officially formed in late 2005 named as "Black Serenade" yet, they were in the garage status and were not able to release any hits without a label. In early 2006, Vicious Recordings of Arizona (now South Carolina) would be handling releases of Not Worth Mentioning. They would be best known for their role in the Blue Sunrise Summer Bash which also was released with their hit "ScrewUp" but since then, things took a down turn. Troy Jansson hired guitarist, vocalist, and composer Angela Tobin after Tim Lowrie left the band and the band would call it quits at the end of 2007. Tim Lowrie became Black Azria and would work with then band manager of NWM, Ricardo Cano (DJ MezzoForte) to release metal-techno fusion tracks. Michael Hyder went solo along with Nick Brown. Troy Jansson and Angela Tobin would be the leaders in the post-NWM era by a band name change. Although the band has broken up and ended, all band members still, from time to time, perform their hit "ScrewUp" live on stage.
