Delve into the Necronomicon, a spellbinding tribute to H.P. Lovecraft and his everlasting Cthulhu mythos. This epic concept album features a mixture of exotic orchestrations, dark fantasy themes, Egyptian and Middle-Eastern melodies, eerie voices and otherworldly chants-a powerful and sinister soundtrack to evoke your darkest nightmare. Much of the eerie "language" that can be heard in the brief narrations on this album reflect an alien-like or insectoid quality, with the voice reciting several "unpronounceable" words and phrases that can be found in some of Lovecraft's stories. The instrumentation features pipes, guitars and drums, and employs Arabian or Egyptian scales.
