CD came with the hardback edition of David Keenan's book "England's Hidden Reverse: A Secret History Of The Esoteric Underground" published by SAF Publishing. CD compiled by David Keenan, with thanks to all concerned (on top of CD). Mailorder edition included a bonus Current 93 CD: Live At The Teatro Iberico, Lisbon, Portugal. There was also a Special Edition available directly from Threshold House that included a bookplate drawing by Ian Johnstone. It is not known how many copies of this edition exist.
