Single-sided 7" limited to 400 copies on standard black vinyl with large center hole, housed in a resealable plastic sleeve. The front and back cover are two separate professionally printed double-sided 7.25"x7.25" sheets, and all copies also include a single-sided 8.5"x11" folded lyric and propaganda insert and a razor blade. When the 7" was released, a "fake" cover was posted online which served the purpose of not having to divulge the fact that there were 4 different covers and not one, each depicting one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (Death, War, Famine and Pestilence), as each track on the actual release does as well. The "fake" cover posted online when released was actual an amalgamation of all 4 covers blended into one. Each of the four different covers was limited to 100 copies. The digital artwork/photography on the front cover inserts are identified on the back cover inserts at the very bottom. This entry is for the version depicting the "Famine" Horseman.
