Obsession is Almighty's outlet a lot of the time when they feel like doing a modern Dance remake of a classic Disco hit or want to do a powerful Disco remake of a more recent hit. Obsession is fronted by several women who each take turns doing recordings for various different singles with other members of the group providing backup vocals at times. For the more Disco oriented remakes Almighty tends to go towards having famous studio background singer Tracey Ackerman take the lead. For more powerful club oriented remakes Miriam Stockley is the woman with her powerful yet soft voice. For most Obsession club originals or just a song that requires a certain kick, Jill Saward (also known as Diana Dee) steps up. For calmer and not so powerful or Disco oriented voices, Almighty often calls upon Amanda Abbs, the lady who helped launch both Almighty Records and Obsession in 1989. While Obsession is sung by several women, each vocalist sings lead one at a time.
