Bulgarian heavy/doom/alternative metal band Oldenwood is the successor to the band project Soul Hospital created in 2004 by Vladislav Ivanov (guitars, vocals) and Viktor Vasilev (drums). In 2006 the band was completed by Mariyan Elezov (bass guitar). In 2017 the band's name was changed to Oldenwood with the joining of Ventzi Nikolovsky, who fully took over the vocals.
