Comes with insert that has complete line up for all tunes of the double vinyl US pressing as well as extended liner notes by Nat Hentoff. The back cover seems to be the same as from the US double vinyl release but some details have been blackened, some overprinted and some just added which leads to the fact that two manufacturers are listed (RCA from the US release and Teal from this one) and also the titles from the 2nd LP of the US release are still to be found on the back of the cover.
