A bi-faceted EP by Lenard & oneone. Following an entirely new thread, it plunges into a profound abyss, maintaining a mellow sound, warranted by the timely maturing of the label. Resonating on the recent splash of avant-garde on the Bulgarian underground scene it shows an experienced take on something we all are intimate with. Relative newcomer Lenard delivers two tracks as if spawned in a steamy, murky Sofian basement, gradually delving through a droning, oily bassline, flooding a cavernous space. Fresh from his sophomore EP on Saturate Records Hungarian oneone epitomizes a ravy warehouse synth with a nimble, discordant bassline on his first track, while flirting with a pulsating grime-ish blend on his second track. The EP is further complemented by a pleiades of remixes propelling the abysmal ambiance into an ethereal crescendo.
