British rock band An evolution of Cardboard Heaven from Oxfordshire, a band that played mainly local clubs and dance halls. In 1967 Simon King formed Opal Butterfly, inviting Robbie Milne (lead guitar), Allan Love (vocals), Richard Bardey (bass) and Tom Doherty (2) (guitar). While Ian Fraser Kilmister was a member for a short period, he does not appear on any of their releases.
