From paper insert: "Simba Wanyika was founded by two Tanzanian brothers but plays in Nairobi. As this 1986 recording testifies, the sound is a mix of Kenyan and Tanzanian elements, a touch of Zaire (there's a near-cover of an early 1970s Franco hit), and plenty of originality."
