All live performances except overdubbed voices on 3 and Tubas on 7. Recorded at Snakeranch Studios, London. 5. Performed on 5 Tubas (4 of them connected to the one in the player's hands by long bits of plastic tubing) set in a circle around the audience (in this case microphones) facing inwards. Originally comissioned by the Woman's Playhouse Trust with funds from the Jerwood Foundation and first performed at the Wapping Hydraulic Power Station, January 2002.
