Hal Lindsey's "The Great Planet Earth" best-selling book, was turned into a sobering and frightening motion picture. The book was published by "Zondervan" and "Bantam" books; and was printed in 30 different languages. In this recording; they've captured a great amount of the original content from the film. Using extensive Biblical references, Lindsey forecasts Armageddon, the last War on Earth, and the end of the World as we know it. The film carefully chronicles the sequence of events that will take place during the course of a Seven-year period which will culminate in the final holocaust. The film producer, Robert Amram recreates what the whole world already fears the most. The nightmare warning is suported by graphic film and descriptions of political unrest around the world, the ever-present danger of nuclear holocaust, the unmanageable population explotion, the cruel scythe of famine, outbreaks of new diseases, genetic experimentation, depleted energy supplies, the suffocating and violent changes in the weather system. Producer Amram augments the Biblical prophecies with hard scientific evidence and interviews with notable scientists, and public figures around the world. This soundtrack Album combines the best of Orson Welles and Hal Lindsey narrative, highlighted with an spectacular musical score.
