Argentinian singer and composer (1924 - 2003). He joined Los Cantores de Quilla Huasi in 1956, replacing Fernando Portal, with whom he has sang as duo before creating the band. In 1986 he started a solo career. Also known as Oscar "Cacho" Valles.
