Russian trance project Outwalkers has been formed in 2008 by two sound producers, Alexei Smirnov (aka CJ Zoom) and Artyom Zhurkin (aka CJ Flash). They started making music separately in far 2000, but later, being united by the general musical ideas, they have decided to work together.
