American hip-hop duo from Detroit, MI, consisting of Mic Phenom (Michael Richardson) and Entense (Kevin Adams). P.H.E.A.R. is an acronym for "Pure Hip-Hop Escaping All Reality". Like a bomb waiting to explode, these long time friends, are equipped with the ammunition needed to successfully blow up the entertainment industry. It was years ago when these two artists met in school and have been friends ever since. Soon after, they teamed up to create a unique collaboration. This was the beginning of a challenging road, but ultimately a promising future. Phenom holds many titles, rapper, actor, producer as well as writer in which he’s very capable of standing with the cream of the crop. He’s written for the multi-platinum rap collective D-12 on their single “U R The One” as well as the recently released movie soundtrack, Shark Tales on the single “Lies and Rumors.” Phenom brings lyrical lighting to the stage with a un-expectedly laid back approach. In his own words, he’s brining originality, uniqueness, and style to the game. Entense is also a writer and producer. He has been writing since he was seven (7) years old and rapping since he was 12. He refers to himself as widely diverse and a well rounded artist with a constantly evolving array of style, flow, character and delivery. When Entense hits the stage, he definitely delivers the intensity and drama to the show. He’ll bring the energy level up at any venue. The chemistry that these two artists share, by far is magical. Their distinguished sound, feel and style unleash some fresh new flavor to the industry, so please anxiously await the arrival of Detroit’s own hip-hop collective DA P.H.E.A.R….
