Started out as a punk band from Oslo, Norway which was active in the early 1980's. After the first two singles they became more a new wave band with som punk tunes. As that they recorded their debut album. After this they had some major line up changes and became more electronic new wave/post punk. As this they released a 7" and a LP before it was all over. Many persons was involved in PVC (8) before they broke up. Among these are Bitten Forsudd, Jonny Styve, Oddvar Karlsmyr and Eivind Rølles.
