He was born in Carrú, Italy on February 26, 1905 He died in Lima, Peru on August 11, 1963 As a token of his talent as a composer and close to the end of the 40's, he came to fame when "Los Troveros Criollos", Jorge Pérez and Lucho Garland, premiered their waltz "Olvidate de Mi" A melodic jewel that, in my opinion, was a reflection of its italic blood, precious verse and music that in its second part acquired a net Creole flavor. The other famous theme of this unforgettable composer, was his famous bolero "Sola". The one that brought him to fame, no less than "Fetiche", a songwriter who imposed his style in Buenos Aires and who had in this subject a sensational support for his artistic career.
