Band,
Rock and Jazz
Panzerpappa's music can best be described as "avantgarde with a human face"! It is instrumental, jazzy, fusion, progressive, rock and avantgarde, also rock in oposition if you may. They are often compared with band such as Univers Zero, Henry Cow and Samla Mammas Manna, but they also have their own way to express themselves. Panzerpappa released their debut CDR "Passer Gullfisk" back in 2001 and got really good reviews from lots of places. In 2002 they released "Hulemysteriet", also on CDR and got even more great reviews around the world. In in february 2004 they released "Farlig Vandring", also their first on "silverdisc". Their latest release "Korallrevens Klagesang" is just out. The album includes 9 new songs, ranging from two minutes to fifteen minutes in length, and features RICHARD SINCLAIR (known from Caravan, Hatfield and the North, Camel, Robert Wyatt) on vocals on one track.
