Budapest-based freelancer music promoter, sound engineer, dj and producer. He's own label 'PrePost Records' founded in march 2016, releasing own recordings from the Budapest underground music scene. He started out organising musical events, concerts and improvisation sessions in Sirály, Budapest in 2007, and later worked in a range of venues including Roham and Bánkitó Festival. Nowadays, he's doing a weekly slot 'Optimal' on Radio Tilos and produce and record shows in Lumen, Kisüzem, in the Jazzaj Series and at other venues using the name ’Monkeybusiness Production’. These gigs are off-genre events and include (but are not limited to) jazz, freejazz, experimental, electronic and ‘free’ music. Also known as Popdavec as a nickname and dj name. Also uses Placid or Popec as dj-names.
