Track 1 recorded in Chicago, Illinois Track 2 recorded in Bloomington, Indiana Track 3 recorded in Los Angeles, California Note: catalog number only printed on laser side of CD. Track 3 has nearly 7 minutes of silence after which an untitled instrumental starts.
