John Touwslager better known as Papa Touwtjie (21 December 1968 - 9 June 2005) was a Surinamese dancehall artist, rapper and singer. He was the first rapper form Suriname to rap in the Sranantongo language, and is one the most influential reggae artist of Suriname.
