A legendary death metal band from Minsk (Belarus), which was founded under original name Pathologist in 1990 by Vad (bass, vocal) and K.A.T. (guitar). After a couple demo recordings (which never released for a public) in various styles (thrash metal, grindcore) and few line-up changes, the band recorded legendary demo "Resistence Depression" in April 1994 already under name Pathologist Department. Official edition of "Resistence Depression" was done in 1995 via Funeral Pyre Productions on MC format, and was supported on gigs together with Krabathor, Gods Tower, Regredior, Corpse (12), Graveside, etc. In 1995-1997 the new line up prepared stuff for album "For Extreme Illnesses Extreme Treatments Are Most Fitting" and mini "Doomed To Silence", which were planned for release in Europe. In April 1997 band played live at "Akkolada TV show" (Belarus National TV), and two songs of this gig was released as "Official 1997 Promo Tape" (cassette audio & video tape). Disbanded since Autumn 1997.
