Bass player Vitória, Espirito Santo, Brazil Paulo Sodre is one of the great names in music. Accomplished musician, bassist of the Big Bat Blues Band began studying music at the age of 10 and as a teenager, he played with names like Afonso Abreu, Paulo Branco (3), Mário Ruy and Chico Lessa. In 1981, he moved to Rio de Janeiro to study music, and turned pro. He played with Sérgio Sampaio for seven years, Roberto Menescal, Jards Macalé, Gilson Peranzzetta, Mauro Senise, Cliff Korman, Daúde, among many others.
