The barcode, label name and catalog# are not visible anywhere on the cover sleeve or discs. They were indicated only on the original sealing sticker. Manufactured in Carrollton, GA (USA). One of eighteen shows chosen from the tour by the band as "Ape/Man" shows, which, according to bassist Jeff Ament, were shows the band found "really exciting." These are identified by the "Ape/Man" logo on the bottom right of the back of the sleeve.
